A few words about the owners
Spyridoula – Monika Botoula is the original visionary, founder, and owner of the real estate company Casa Futura Real Estate.
She holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, as well as a postgraduate degree from the NTUA School of Architecture in the Restoration and Protection of Monuments and Buildings (Interdepartmental Postgraduate Programme “Protection of Monuments” Direction B: Materials and Conservation Interventions).
Since 2007, she has been a permanent member of the technical office “Studio Botoulas” – Architectural – Civil Engineering.
From early 2014 until the summer of 2022, she was active in the Real Estate sector, achieving significant professional growth within a major company, advancing from the position of Real Estate Agent (Property Consultant) to management roles as Unit Manager and later as Human Resource Development Manager.
In September 2022, she established her own company in the Real Estate sector, the rapidly rising “Casa Futura Real Estate”, while at the same time continuing throughout all these years to collaborate with her family office as an external partner.

Giannis Stasinos is the cornerstone of Casa Futura.
As co-owner and co-creator together with Monika Botoula, they envisioned and built one of the most well-structured and efficiently organized companies in the Real Estate sector.
With more than 20 years of experience in sales and an important career as Sales Director in a major company in the industry, today, as COO of Casa Futura, he stands out for his strategic thinking, insight, and exceptional negotiating ability.
